Becca fell in love with construction at a young age. She would often tag along with her dad who worked as an electrician to his job sites. Those experiences sparked her passion for building and creating. She developed a strong work ethic by watching her father at different construction sites.
Growing up with her father as a licensed electrician she picked up a lot of valuable lessons that she would carry with her throughout her life. You need to stay determined and explore all possible solutions to tackle the problem at hand.
Her mother was an accountant and worked for various companies over the years. She always emphasized the importance of finding passion in your work. She believed that when you enjoy what you do and excel at it, it makes all the difference.
Becca has climbed the ranks to become a Project Coordinator. Her journey has given her a wealth of knowledge and life experiences which now help her contribute to every part of the projects she works on.
Rebecca has a total of 9 years in the construction industry.
